The Fool's Cord Poem by Randy McClave

The Fool's Cord

Fools always take the knife
To stab others in the back,
Just to end their worries and strife
From a non existent attack.
The wiseman takes the same blade
And he instead severs the cord,
He frees himself from what the fools made
He is then freed from the fools accord.
