The Field Poem by Mario Mora

The Field

Rating: 5.0

Green and tickling grass
covers the whole country
where the flowers jump and laugh
because they are very naughty

Deep breaths are fresh
in this magical place
the squirrels run
to win the life's race

It's the perfect court
where we can play and have fun
to satisfy our lord
that fire ball called Sun

If you come here
your whole life will change
you would bring your gear
because you'll want to stay

Insightful piece of poetry depicting the beauty and serenity of country life, well articulated and nicely penned in good diction with conviction. Thanks for sharing Mora. Please read my poem POETIC MASTERPIECE.
