A dream was dreamed so long long ago
of a life that was yet to be seen
and there in that dream was the souls of the lost
clambering about in the dark

And the beacon of light was placed in the middle
to bring forth the news of true life
and the switch did go on and the enemy saw
and the battle ensued for to take

The turmoil and rage that surrounded the light
did batter and beat at the form
but the centre within that held justice and truth
did burst forth like a shield made of pure gold

And the light it did shine and the lost they did see
and they turned and were drawn just like moths
and the enemy knew that his plan had been foiled
for the lost were now found and released
