The Devils Night Poem by norman hale

The Devils Night

Here he comes looking for you
With that look in his eyes
There'll be nowhere to hide
Under those starlit skies

For it will soon be Halloween
And it's the devils turn to play
He's liable to come after you
As he claws from beneath the clay

We never know what's up his sleeve
Or what trick he might be playing
He might even come as a mummy
With smelly flesh that's decaying

He could even come as a witch
And as quickly cast his spell
And just for the fun of it
He'll watch you slowly burn in Hell

So be carefull who you talk to
And be carefull of what you say
For this is his time of year
He lives for this both night and day

And as the moon gets fuller
The more wicked he becomes
And he just keeps getting stronger
Just so he can have his fun

So watch your backs on Halloween night
For you never know what form he might be
He could be a vampire or anything else
And could be after you or me

MMMMWAHAHAHA! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
