The Devil Will Leave You Alone Poem by Randy McClave

The Devil Will Leave You Alone

This action is on the level
And this is the fact and always true,
If you don't want to ever hear the Devil
It's always up to you.
The Devil he will leave you alone
And unto you he won't ever say a thing,
He will not call you on the phone
And your doorbell he will never ring.
The Devil you will never ever see or hear
And that of course is always your choice,
The Devil will just disappear
And of course you'll never hear his voice.
You, he will never follow
And of course you he will never chase,
His words and deeds you will have to follow
And then you will never see his face.
The Devil will never harass you or bother
He doesn't care where you go or where you have been,
He wants to be your dead beat father
And of course he'll leave you alone as you sin.
If the Devil you don't want to hear or see
Being a toxic follower is an easy request I do say,
Just sin and with his beliefs readily agree
You will then only hear him when you want to get away.
