The Defete Poem by Bonnie Collins

The Defete

Rating: 5.0

The aroma of life has long been expired
Wispering sounds of silence can be heard everywhere
The darkness now seemed like a tunnel without light
The vision of uncertainy has long been blinded
Doves now seem to know, the long wait has ended
The wings no longer have to be repaired
For a moments glance it seemed havoc then tranquil
The windows of pain have surendered
The beauty has now finally elapsed into its own cocoon
The rage of its turmoil has ended

In memeory of my father as he entered his fianal journey

The beauty has now finally elapsed into its own cocoon The rage of its turmoil has ended These lines are sounding in my ears again and again. Difficult time explained with ease.

This must be a hard door to go through in life. I still have my father but I am watching as a vigorous man becomes weak and unhealthy. I cannot yet face what that will mean in the future. I'm sorry for your loss. *huggs* Thank you for sharing such a tender time in your life with us. Bj
