The Day You Found Me Lost Poem by Breana DeHart

The Day You Found Me Lost

Where to begin with a story such as mine,
with no beginning, there cannot be an end.

The day you found me wondering alone,
was a day like this.
No exciting nor dreary event,
nor rain nor sunshine.

My path has faded from sight.
No where can I see through
this puzzle known as life.

I sit no where, I speak nothing.
Only the silence accompanies me
in the darkness I call home.
I wonder for endless days,
with nothing to walk for.
The knowledge I once carried, is now lost and forgotten.
Maybe one day it wil return,
from its forgotten path of hatred.

The day you found me lost,
was the day I was reborn.
