The Day Slips Away Poem by Patti Masterman

The Day Slips Away

Rating: 5.0

The day slips away somehow
While I am busy who knows where;
Clouds bunch up on the horizons
And disperse, barely noted there.

Where they are going,
I'm sure I've not been,
And where I am going
Remains, to be seen.

A perfect picture of life, as it really is.
