The Beloved Poem by Anne Janette Natividad

The Beloved

They Gather; they Flutter
like the birds flying to paradise
Colorful, sparkling
As radiant light through diamond

Atop the Heaven's tower
Gems, a rosy thorn to coal
It's an endless circle
Growing as grass

Flames caged in the depths
Hearts burning with raging passion
Indulging in every poison
The food of life is for you
and the household of all
Living in ignorant bliss
yet beautiful like pure lilies
painted on the canvas

The world's most beautiful
Shining and dazzling
The dirt is in the depths
