Wonderful Traps Poem by Anne Janette Natividad

Wonderful Traps

I knew you were sobbing
That gray lonely night
I knew you were sobbing
But I'll make it alright!

You're invited to play
so come, come play
with friends that smiles
with you, for you

Let's play Hide-and-go-Seek
In a forest that glows
Let's have a tea party
where everything is served
You'll be the Queen-
or King if you may

Do you want a handsome prince-
or a pretty princess?
Do you want a house of cookies-
or House made of gold?

Forget the sorrows!
Smile, You're beautiful!
Smile, smile, smile!
Let's play forever
-You'll never want to leave our land-
