That Opening Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

That Opening

Rating: 5.0

That opening! !

To look with your eyes and hear with your ears;

But, one thing i will always keep in my mind is your true love.

Hope and faith!

Along the life of the earth;

But, my chains are very heavy on me! ! !

Like a slave in the hands of his master.

War! !

You've deprived me of peace;

And, today, i've forgotten how success looks like.

Swaddled and brought up with the hustle and bustle of life!

Time and time again;

With the problems of life,

Always along my way! !

Like a lion lying in ambush,

However, i will always watch my steps in whatever i do.
