Talk To Me Silence Poem by Masa MbathaOpasha

Talk To Me Silence

TALK TO ME SILENCE!

Ssshhh! Not a whisper, not a thought
Not a kiss nor look to be lost
I’m ages away from home
No certainty nor fidelity
Please talk to me silence!
Fashionable madmen as my landlords
The pedantic boring cry of beautiful lives
Wakes the glaciers and the rocks
Vibrations of ethnic angels on the run
Please, will you talk to me silence?
Faithless humans believing again
A fragile miracle hanging on my hands
Thoughtful children running from their graves
A multiracial hallelujah from every mouth on earth.
Please, talk to me silence!
