Tales Of Bide Poem by Yamini Iyer

Tales Of Bide

Rating: 5.0

Days and nights it's been, ‘m wondering round my world,
It's what I have been missing, since times had harshly whirled.
Within and away, I look for you, you got is what my soul,
I have no more to lose to you, I had that what you stole.

Faint memory of how we met that day, When world seemed so green
Fear, unrest, awe and mess, was all to me, was all to me I mean.

I had no speech, no thought of what would stem, if I would lay my hand in yours, asking me
Since then I just don't fathom, how my heart just got that done from me.

I loved and laughed for all the times, for the times you held me tight
Till the moment I turned around, to see you off, to lose all the frolic and charms.

For just that moment, I curse myself, for what sake I turned to surprise,
Had I not taken the stance to perk, would not have lost you to the winds and skies.

With none around to tell the tales, if someone could help in deserted lands,
With pain in heart, wet dreams in eyes, I wonder to turn back, to find in yours, my hands.

Come back to where you asked me, I wish to stage the times anew,
This time I promise, no fears and mess,
I shall give my soul all over again.
