My heart is gold
And my soul is black
A deep connection
can get me back

Many days i sit and wonder
about the things i did to you
Righteous deeds went a blunder
and a lifetime away we threw

A mountain can be climbed
And a lion can be tamed
For the times i failed to try
I know i deserve blame

A rose cannot prick me
But your pain can penetrate
I know you love me, i feel your pain
But the trust and judgment make me debate

Ill fly to the dark side of the moon
to find you and bring you back
