Surface Calm



Surface calm enfolds
the hidden tiger
of repressed emotions
sleeplessly prowling
within the inner reaches
of the mind’s cave.
Surface calm here holds
attention – geiger
counting the ocean motions
of reactivity, radioactivity
tuned into the wave lengths
of the [he]art’s rave.
Surface calm explodes
upon the calm surface
of a sheet which enfolds
the hidden tiger of.....
