Supposed To Shine
The light that was supposed to burn forever
Went out before my eyes
The darkness hides what should have shined
Still hollow words try to console
The light was a dream
A dead dream now
The nightmares came and ripped it apart
And all I have left are memories
But I can't live in the past forever
