Suicide Lady Poem by sharon wildey

Suicide Lady

Suicide lady
Comes every day
Sometimes she stays a long time
And sometimes not
She holds my hand
Calls me Sweetie or Love
Pushes my hair back
Glancing with affection at all the whiteness
She knows me with kindness
Every so kind
That is why I know
When she finally takes the last air from my lungs
She will do so with an embrace
Then she will lay me down in a warm place
Putting flowers all around
