Stream Of Tears Poem by Melissa Caron

Stream Of Tears

I feel so blue,
Where are you?
I feel invisible, I do not exist
my beating heart is in a twist
I feel so shady
Not, like your lady
You make me cry
I must not deny
Tears dwell in my eyes
You are telling me lies
I only hope, for the best
Not a shattered heart, in my chest
Why must you ruin this
Another love, to dismiss
A dimming star
Leaving a scar
Darkening the entire sky
Tonight, it will cry
Flooding my path
Leaving me in a wrath
I am lost, going blind
Completely losing my mind
My emotions, they hurt
My tears flood the surfaces of the dirt
Creating a stream
Their warmth, blind me with steam
I scream, only to hear an echo of my voice
Leaving me without a choice
To follow an in existent tone in the wind
My Soul feels as it has been skinned
You left me in burning pain
Left my heart, to flood in the rain
Searching for the sun
But my heart, has been out run
Carried down the Stream of Tears
Leaving me searching, for all my remaining years
Creating a blinding haze
I struggle to exit this maze
Why did you lie, then turn to leave
In true love, I will never again believe
Since the day, you broke my heart
It's definition, has been torn apart
My true love, turned to be a lie
Leaving my soul, here to die
I just prey
That some day
My heart will spot the light
Ending the darkness, of the broken hearted night
