Strayed Warmth Poem by Jeffrey Dyson

Strayed Warmth

Rating: 3.5

Memories I do not want to remember,
You carved on my heart
I am making these promises
Your wishes are I do not follow
I am beneath your earth,
These desires seized pouring out of your soul
Your worries are I stayed
This dreams slowly had turned into an illusion
Does it keep you awake, My thoughts of you? I guess not
Your silence has been louder enough
I pick up the broken pieces
After all I was the one giving out my heart to the spoil.
