Strawberry Bannana Pancakes Poem by Janie Wassler

Strawberry Bannana Pancakes

Strawberry banana pancakes
Are a delight to my palette
As you always were
In your body suit

I could give you a doggie bath
Lapping up your salt and skin and pores
Only to languish in your warm, wet kisses
As you explore my cavities
And we melt from the fire

Be still, my heart...
