When it rains, it pours
And everything with it falls apart
Winds so bad it could carry me away
Yet it doesn't
And though I wonder why
I'm still here, still on my feet
Trying to keep myself together
Trying not to shed that one tear
Trying to stay strong and make it
Though these cold and harsh days
When really,
I just want to crawl in a hole
And wait for this life to pass by
Already forgotten, unlovable
And a waste of time
Lost everything and now
More alone than I ever thought possible
But I'm still here, staying strong
Because I have too
I refuse to let others get the best of me
I refuse to give pleasure of seeing me suffer
I will not cry
I will not fall apart
I will stand on my own
And face this world alone
As I am destine too.
