It started from the start.
The feelings of depression
Were those of sadness and inner destruction.
But they led to nowhere.
It started from the start.
The feelings of happiness
Were those of brightness and light.
And they everywhere.
It started from the start.
The meditative art in me
Was that of inner blankness
And it brought me peace and tranquility.
