Star Struck Poem by Roxy Owens

Star Struck

Day in and day out.
We all walk on egg shells.
Knowing with one wrong move the whole world comes crashing down on us.
Life is our fashion show.
And everyone is a critic.
Nothings ever quite right.
Always judged always watched.
Every move every sound.
The halls are our runway.
Always on display.
Perfect hair, perfect face, never the perfect place.
Classes are the dressing rooms for the world.
Stand above the rest.
Their not you.
Because in one star struck moment a million things can change.

Roxy; Too many of us try to please others and not ourselves. We all need to remove our mask and be what we are reguardless of what others think. They will appreciate us even more!
