It’s spring time once again
And isn’t it exciting?
I love to get out there in the sun
The warmth is so inviting

You see folks in their shirt sleeves now
Mowing and weeding and getting set
For the spring planting time
So many seeds and bulbs to get

We’re all anxious for some color
Spring flowers with showy faces
It’s fun to drive around
And enjoy all the colorful places

Garden shows are now rampant
At the fair grounds and such
A place to buy plants and shrubs
Oh, I love the earthy touch

So get your tools out, folks
Make a list of things you need
To get started on planting time
Gather up some spring time seed!
