So i say hi
you say hi
we catch up

but then
something happens
i tell you
i was looking for some comfort

but you had something else in mind
you said something and i simply replied
and you said i took it the wrong way

but how was i supposed to take it
you said not to do something
so i took a stand

If you really knew me you would understand
but i guess you dont
if people like me never replied
then who would?

There would never be the 'good' friends
there would only be people like you

but whatever,
believe what you like
and i might just take that advice
and wait for you
