Sonnet: On Obedience In Life Poem by Dr John Celes

Obey the Lord your God with mind, heart, soul!
Obey your parents that God gave on earth;
Obey your teachers who help reach your goal;
Obey your elders wise you know since birth.

Obey the Scripture's Words and Will of God;
Obey the God's commands and His decrees;
Obey the prophet's warnings, ward off rod;
Obey your conscience and live with ease.

Obey the laws of God with smiling face;
Obey your Master Almighty God one;
Obey the truths God told to walk His ways;
Obey the Son of God and not the sun!

The Holy Bible's quintessence is love;
The love of God gives life here and above.
