A Global Wish for 2010
Oh, let the New Year, two thousand and ten,
Afill the world with lasting peace and mirth,
And make the planet almost like heaven,
Where hope and harmony has its rebirth.

Oh, let the New Year keep hearts in good cheer,
Where every person ekes a useful life,
Afilled with happiness and without fear,
Combating challenges, despite the strife.

Oh, let the New Year fulfill dreams of all,
And bring a meaning to our earthly stay,
Where stemming corruption is clarion call,
And terrorism cannot have its way!

All people breathe the air of freedom, when,
Pray God ushers a Happy New Year, then.
