You’re born today, my eldest sister, Rose!
–The first-born of our family of ten;
To be a lovely girl indeed, God chose,
And walk the road on earth to grace Heaven!

A rose is beautiful immensely, yes,
Amongst most earthly flowers, one can see!
Of varying hues appealing, wears a dress,
And spreads its fragrance unto world afree.

A human form of rose is what you are!
–With soul to keep holy and full of grace;
–Our parents’ cup of joy and living star!
They loved their rose-child with their hearts always!

So, ‘Happy Birthday, sister Rosabelle!
Our love for you, well, only God can tell!
