Solitary Song Poem by Rinchen Dhendup

Solitary Song

My solitary song I sing
Battling the blues in my verse.
For jovial and pleasent it's not,
I must dare to sing to all by myself.

Not to despair, I endure to tune.
Till I hold a soothing melody,
Unless I owe a stirring song,
Untill my song be worth to sing.

My voice will chokes at times,
I May even dread the song,
But will never deject to move on,
To sing with pride when it's my day.
