Solar In The Dark Poem by Walter C. Edwards

Solar In The Dark

I going to go solar in the dark,
going to mime all by myself,
and wait for the audience,
to react to the performance,
sing with out making a sound,
dance with out moving,
and then just laugh,
when I am dying inside,
then paint a picture,
that no one can even see,
in the aftermath of all that,
just be me.
