So Scattered Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

So Scattered

So scattered

I said hi in Farsi
And he came smiling:
"No more I, can take it! "

Started, soon, stopped,
Inhaled the dusty time!

Confused I found him,
But could not see in deep.

Was kettle, kept boiling,
Escapee, refugee, fugitive?

Said he has written book:
"But cannot rewrite it! "

Victimized, displaced,
Saw the things, recorded!

Knowing not about me,
Made up own stories,
Civilized, Barbaric!

Shaped bubbles in his eyes,
Murmuring, almost talked:
"Please help me rewrite! "

Meant to say: "My friend,
Symptoms of neuro disorder,
ADHD, Impulsive behaviors,
I too share, and suffer! "

Extrovert, I am but,
Said nothing, kept silent,
Tongue in cheek, I remained!

We, he and me, neither,
Can go on, have power!

So, said bye, divided,
Fog in sun, scattered!
