Every element out there is here
And came here from there
Without question the universe is one
Planet by planet, sun by sun
And every distant star
Sending light here from afar.

Our speck of a planet is not
As central as ancients thought
Regardless how the universe came to be
All parts share a common origin and destiny.

In the end, the earth is the universe
And the universe is the earth
So it is for better or for worse.
