She Took You Away Poem by Carla Kitts

She Took You Away

She took you away
I never thought it would be today
I miss you my dear
Don't know what I am to do now that you're no longer near
You told me to not be sad
To behave and to not be bad
You always were my reason to behave
Now I fear that my anger wil once more turn me into a slave
Don't worry I'll be just fine
But if i have to go without you any longer I might cross the line
I miss our chats us sending convert texts in school
I'm am nothing less then a love sick fool
She took you away
And I only have memories of you to remind me why I must be good today
Can't wait for three
Then she'll give you back to me
Who knew that my phone would become so important to me?
I never did until I met you and now nothing is as it used to be
I doodle in my little black book
Listening to the tick of the school clock bell rings and she gives me back the phone which she took
