Shadows

I picked up the pieces of this shattered something
Lifted them up to the sun, His light vanished them to nothing.
I thought i knew how to hold control
But now i see clearer
For we opened again the window to the human soul
Can i stay around?
Can i just simply follow your steps,
like that shadow on the ground?
