In death throbs lifebreath
Orange peel imparts fragrance.
Hermit meditates.
A beautifully conceived thought provoking senryu and adroitly crafted too. Thanks for sharing.
Orange is peeled and fragrance is imparted, such is the revealing of good quqlities after death. Beautiful Senryu on life and death is amazigly shared.
A picture of life taking its last few breaths come to mind. Lovely senryu.

1 - i don't 'get' the meaning of first line. i suppose the orange died after imparting its fragrance. have you ever smelled a grapefruit tree blossom; it is divine! ! ! i have trouble thinking of a 'hermit'** as one who really lives. (cont.)
