Satisfaction Poem by Uzma Jamil

Satisfaction

Rating: 5.0

What was I when laid in the graving stress!
With the fragrance so shallow cover,
The night was oceaned with darkness,
Screams of humanism found;
Laying supine fairly,
One witnesses the passing of souls.

A peep to the past,
Showed the sea of incidents,
Covering the dew with snow,
The horizons were brilliant smelt,
The dropp of rain, the ray of sun,
As the twitters have their woes,
The darkness with the bloom I fear most.

When the night is there and the day is gone,
I shut the eyes, in the forest deep reside,
With the peninsula in the heart,
I begin to end with the smile to mend,
The hearts of pain leave the lane,
With the satisfaction to gain.
