Sandcastles
A grand castle built on sand
Has no chance of standing
The test of time
Wave after wave
Leave nothing but ruins
succinct reflection upon how a castle is not even strong enough in face of the waves of the beach it stands on- I guess why more castles were not built on the beach, and why they're built up on mountains
The test of time/Wave after wave/Leave nothing but ruins……..Enough substance is there to ponder. A wonderful poem! Short but immensely eloquent.......................................10
