Salad- (In Honor Of Bri Edward' S New Diet) Poem by Eugene Levich

Salad- (In Honor Of Bri Edward' S New Diet)

Bri's turned a jaundiced eye
On pizza, ice cream, and pie!

He's turned over a new leaf...
OF LETTUCE!
It's his belief
It'll be a benefice... and
His wife will give him less grief!

So he's munching arugula
In the State of California
Along with
Radishes
Tomatoes
Etcetera

While he doesn't like the taste
When he tightens his belt
He notices his waist
Has become very svelte... and

His lovely wife has become very tender
Because he's become so very slender!
"Bri, " she sighs...
"You've become such a wonderfully
Skinny guy! "

The etcetera I could have done without! ! Too tough to gum, yah know. As for wife being tender, .....yes she made a nice meal. I just had to sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on her. Delicious! ! ! : ) Bri
