Runner Before The Race Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Runner Before The Race

Runner before the race

Life is some script
-on runner before race
-racetrack ends in death…

Death and life resemble
-horse and cart
-entwined; locked in barn
-One to lead; to go first!
-but which one depends on:
-"Wish and want"

Most of times
-cart does great
-it kills pains
-removes the misery
-lets horse have dignity
