For the roses never given and the thoughts never shared
for those moment never forgotten and a life without a care
for the time we could have spent and the time we both were there
for the love never ended and the togetherness dispersed
I come back to you with one thought only true
that now until forever I will love you

Whether together or apart, you will always have a place in my heart
a place that I will go to when the world is cold and harsh
a place where I will go when I need to smile
a place where I will go, and not leave of a while
no matter the distance no matter the time
I’d go any mile and write any rhyme.
Cause I need you in my life, because I need you to make me smile
