Road To Reconcile Poem by Wakefield Mahon

Road To Reconcile

When compromise doesn't come so easily
And you feel like you'd rather be apart
And you're walking on the shattered glass of broken romance
Carrying the burden of a cold and broken heart
I still believe that the One whose help we're needing
Has been with us all the while
And He can lead, hearts of stone to forgiveness
Down the road to reconcile
