Your name,
is everything i know about you.
I wish i knew more,
I'm sorry I couldn't.
How could a bolt from the blue
dare to strike you?
Why did joy fume up high,
leaving behind the ash of grief?
How could the angels take you away?

Ishu,
you disappeared in a blink
and escaped to a 'magical world'
where they say,
'once you go, you never return back'.
The pain you endured,
I wish doubles as joy there!
May you rest in the lap of angels
and live in joy there!

Now that you've disappeared,
can you see,
the void you've left in our hearts,
the darkness that no light can eradicate,
the sorrows that none can dwarf,
the joy you stole away forever?

In your apparent absence,
the roses have withered
just like our dead hopes inside,
but i kindle a 'little hope' in my heart,
to meet you someday,
somewhere at the other side of stars
and let you know,
how much we miss you
