Rights Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

Rights

Blatant disrespect is not a right
When another's freedom is transgressed

For to use your art to start a fight
Is like stepping down on the oppressed

And there the freedom draws a line
Cutting in what is called abuse

You have your rights and I have mine
Remember to put that art to good use.
