Repenting Past Poem by Sameer Ahsan

Repenting Past

That's what bygone
Is not a thing to mourn
Doing so yields bitter
Tolling life, tearing asunder!

Fortunes when lame
Be not quick at blame
Part of life visits at bay!
Holding patience saves going astray.

They say nothing lasts forever
Time swings to fulfillment better
In haste getting into the situation
Faithlessly rule out foolish notion.
