Reminder
Today dusk's colours
scarlet dyed the memory
of an old bitter hush of mine
and I felt still bleeding
that bloody mute sunset
of my youth's innocence.
Memories of the past! Trying to teach the youth today. Thanks for sharing.

I like this poem. What is hush? Is it a poetic word for a secret memory? I've never seen it used in that way....I like it very much.
hush is 'silence', a period of silence, especialy the one which excpects something to happen.Thank you so much.

The bleeding sunset has brought in you memories of your youth when your heart bled over something....... was it the loss of innocence? Crisp and poignant!
It does not refer to personal experiences [it could of course] but to experiences most of humans have, where the innosence of their youth is at stake.Through our innocence's failure we understand that the world is not the world of our dreams.Thanks a lot.
