Remembrance Of Love Poem by Jaime Montanez Salcedo

Remembrance Of Love

Rating: 5.0

By the light of melancholy candle,
The intrusive thoughts of pensive I, unbind
As inclement sorrows did I handle,
Which painfully lingered in my mind.
Much, I have imagined in my mission,
And all I was in pondering disbelief,
Then the thought of her beautiful vision,
Made amends to my fast-protracted grief.
In silence, before the flooding darkness,
Remembrances of love rose seemingly ghosts,
Amazingly alive my heart would caress
All past romances that had last the most.
Unlike life which banish, just same as faint breath,
Love has no age, no limit and no death.
