Relishing Hangover Poem by Gautam Sen

Relishing Hangover

Good Night my love!
Eyelids are falling
know not why,
sending my wishes
in wild guesses.

Silence when opted
in a well designed way,
not letting a scope
for coming anymore near –
not getting any chance
to show inherent care
for you at a far away place.

Oceans laughed at me,
distance enlarged In mock;
departing this lone soul
leaves a mild patting knock.

Not to slip in other shoes,
let sleep take over –
sympathy not needed for woes
with relishing hangover.
