Regrets Poem by Austin Dempsey

Regrets

I regret the things I've said,
I regret the things I've done,
I regret the inicents that are dead,
I regret the foolish people in the world,

I regret them all,
I regret not killing every single one of them,
all because of them,
The world is different,

I regret that night,
I regret seeing all the sirens,
red, blue, red, blue,
the flashes stay in my eyes,

If I kill them,
I know I can,
but then after I do,
I'll be the only foolish one left,

I regret knowing that,
I regret that there's no way,
But must of all,
I regret me....
