Real Love, At Last, Being First, Not Last, At Last Poem by James Darwin Smith II

Real Love, At Last, Being First, Not Last, At Last

It was all for you love
The tears, the pain and struggles
All sacrificed in your name
And then what happened?
I lost
Deceit gained
Who takes who wrong?
That question still lingers
That question still remains
Everything numb but my heart
As this mind questions the sanity of love
Then again, it was I who sacrificed
All in the celebration of your very name

Then again
Maybe I lost in the past and present
So I can gain in the future
Maybe it is all a lesson
So no one is really to blame

It is all for you love
The tears, the pain and struggles
All conjured by your name
As I wait in anticipation
Of the natural occurrences
That shall soon come my way

I have always prophesized a future
Where true love calls out my name

I do not need one measly day to show my love
The celebration of love
That should be every single loving day

True love
A 365 day holiday

Oh, my love
When will it be the very first celebration?
A celebration of our wonderful day

Love, Just stop being so use to the pain
Not everyone is out to destroy you
Not everyone is to blame

Look at those who truly love one of other
Emulate that to those lonely
Those who all deserves you

Those who never take your essence in vain

Poetry, Let it celebrate love again
Upon a day that grows well beyond today

Love, it is supposed to be strong enough
To venture along to every single age

There is truly nothing wrong
To love, love every single day

Call me crazy
But my heart sings
As my destiny for love waits

With patience
Love, it will finally make its way

Without hope
A heart is all but just a waste of space

Love, No matter what is something even the lonely should celebrate

Even I should know that

Love should always be loved
That is a valid and strong fact

There are so many ways to love and be loved
We who never take love for granted
Deserves love, Real love, At last, Being first, not last, at last
