Is there a specific reason I am the way I am?
Sometimes I feel the need to run,
Away from my thoughts,
Away from my mind's host,
To get some peace,
A quiet surrounding, At the end where everything meets,
With only the sweet sound of nature resounding,
I never regret any experience,
I want to learn through patience,
Life maybe twisted but still I made it this far,
Everybody lives bt I want to live as free as the birds of the sky,
I will please those around me only when it does nt
conflict with my happiness,
I will train my heart in the art of forgiveness,
Write my troubles and problems in the sand,
Engrave all my precious moments on the rocks, I guess when it comes down to it it's js life,
Sometimes u have dark days others you have the
light,
I have not been honest with myself,
At this rate I might js lose sight of myself,
Someday I'll be a great man, Don't hold your breath here I come,
Watch me ryt now am nothing,
Apart from my name I own nothing,
Hopeful, believing, friendly, trusting, patient,
Some of my qualities yet they are viewed as
weaknesses,
We are told to build these in ourselves,
Unfortunately in my generation it's only for slaves,
I will remain as I am and even become a better
person,
On my way I'll help others for that reason.
I believe life is only as complicated as you see it, So never regret any single heart beat.
